Azimuth Health is an outstanding primary health resource for Tampa, Florida, residents and the surrounding region. Under the leadership of Duellyn Pandis, DNP, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, the practice is thriving and proud to support and enhance health and wellness for adults of all ages.  

Duellyn earned her nursing degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham School of Nursing. She completed a Master of Science from the University of South Florida, where she remained to complete her Doctorate of Nursing Practice.  

Duellyn understands that education is a lifelong process and went on to become certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a certificate of travel medicine from the International Society of Travel Medicine. She retains a role as an assistant professor at the University of South Florida.  

 Duellyn has built an outstanding team of professionals dedicated to integrative health and wellness. The practice offers top-quality primary care services, including routine physicals and treatment of minor health concerns such as upper respiratory infections, sinus infections, and stomach issues, to name a few.
